Jerry’s career spans over three decades in marketing and communications. From 2001 to 2015 Jerry was Marketing and Projects Director for Windway Capital Corp., Wisconsin’s 39th largest privately owned company with international holdings. In 2015 Jerry was elected Vice President of Operations and reports directly to Terry J. Kohler, President and CEO. Prior to joining Windway, Jerry spent six years with Communicor, Inc., and Jacobson Rost Advertising and nearly ten years involved in corporate marketing services for The Vollrath Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Windway and the nation’s leading supplier of commercial kitchen products with international holdings. He also served as Executive Director of the Ice Age Park & Trail Foundation, Inc., a non-profit volunteer organization.
Jerry attended Layton School of Art and Design, earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee and attended post-graduate marketing studies at Marquette University. Upon graduation Jerry managed R-Way Advertising, Inc. an in-house advertising agency for the renowned R-Way Furniture Company.
Jerry served three terms as a member of the board of directors for Northern Environmental Technologies, Inc. (now Stantec) and three terms on the Sporting Heritage, Inc. board of directors. Jerry was an active member of the board of directors for the Lakeshore Chapter of Trout Unlimited and Project Planning Facilitator/grant Writer for the ten-year Onion River Restoration Project. He is Vice President and in his fourth three-year term on the board of directors with the Sheboygan County Aviation Corporation, d.b.a. Aviation Heritage Center of Wisconsin. Jerry served seven years as Secretary, Director and COO for Laugh Your Way America! LLC and served two more years as Chairman of the Board. Jerry has been a Director for Great Marriages for Sheboygan County since it was founded in 2004. Jerry and his wife Diane own and operate Fischer Creek Marketing Services, LLC a marketing consulting business.
Jerry and Diane have been married since 1976, have three daughters, three grand children and live on a small orchard and hobby farm in Centerville, located in rural Manitowoc County, Wisconsin.
